- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are rarely the lowest price a homeowner will see. That’s because we charge what it takes to deliver the job right the first time, using premium materials, experienced crews, and dedicated project managers who proactively handle details and prevent small issues from becoming big problems. Our goal is a smooth, high-quality outcome that stands the test of time, rather than cutting corners to chase the cheapest bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a project manager since I was in high school, this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in and likely the one I’ll retire from in many years. I have a bachelors in architectural engineering from Texas A&M and a Project Management Certificate from The University of Houston
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research on the people you’re hiring, unfortunately there are a lot of ‘yes men’ in construction. Labor and industries contractor verification tools do not lie!
