I love my new carpet! Anthony was patient and flexible with me as we went over carpet choices for my two bedrooms and two staircases. He was responsive and ordered the carpet right a way. I had a great experience with Floor Covering International. Nick was extremely helpful and took the time to match the closest possible carpet color to what I was looking for. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Dom, the installer, was also very nice, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. Our Experience with Anthony and Team We recently decided to replace all our home flooring—carpet and wood—with new hardwood/engineered hardwood. With a playful dog at home, our requirements were clear: scratch resistance, waterproofing, and staying within budget. After meeting several installers, Anthony stood out immediately. He arrived on time, listened carefully to our needs, and provided options backed by solid reasoning and expertise—without any attempt to upsell. That level of honesty and professionalism was refreshing. The installation process was seamless. Nick and his crew were courteous, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They focused on their work and ensured minimal disruption—I work from home and never felt disturbed during the 10–12 days of installation. MaryAnne, the project manager, was always available via text or phone, responding promptly to any questions or changes. At one point, we requested a modification to the stair design, and Anthony and MaryAnne handled it immediately without excuses. We were so impressed that we asked them to also install baseboards and update our closet flooring.
