Jim is easy to reach, helpful, and provided us with two handrails and a stair railing whose quality and appearance are worthy of a 5-star review. However, the installation occurred over many more hours than we were told to expect so our rating has been reduced to 4-stars.

Jim and his crew were very professional and gave us great advice on the installation of backyard railings. The price was very competitive. Jim kept in constant contact and the workers were friendly and efficient. The work was even done a few days ahead of schedule. Workers made sure everything was cleaned up after the installation. Ace Iron Works has done an excellent job installing a single handrail for our front and back stairs. From starting the project to completion, Jim and his team of staff have been very professional, great, quick communication and very flexible to work with. Excellent customer service and delivery! Jim listened to what our needs were, and built a custom railing for our front and backyard stairs that are laid out differently. The railing is built well and very sturdy! The team arrived on time for the installation and the project was completed without having to watch to ensure it was done correctly. Would highly recommend this company, they did an excellent job! Thank you!
