- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please remember to sign the engagement letter, fill out organizers, and upload all documents before to take advantage of this quote. To help you get started, please follow the steps below: Create an account at our Client Portal and will provide you with the necessary information to help you set up your account. To simplify the process of collecting information, we will provide you with an organizer that will guide you through the process of gathering the necessary documents. Once you have uploaded all of your documents for this year to the portal, please submit the organizer and click "Done uploading' on the home screen. We will begin preparing your tax return and will contact you if we need any clarification or have any questions using the messaging feature on the portal or via email (for non-sensitive information). Once your draft is ready, we will upload it for your review. At this time, you can schedule a phone call to discuss any questions you may have or have them answered by email/messaging. Finally, once you have reviewed and approved the draft, you can sign the E-File forms electronically and we will file your return electronically.
