Ricardo and his team came out to help me replace a cracked undermount sink with a nonstandard cutout in the countertop and tight cabinet that made replacement a challenge. He was able to modify a drop in sink I purchased to fit the space, replace the plumbing, faucet and handle a few other repairs. He was transparent on pricing, meticulous on the install/repairs, and gladly answered all the questions I had. Look forward to working with him again on future projects!

We were having low flow of hot water to our kitchen sink. We had it checked out by another company and they determined there was sediment in the faucet. They traced it back to the hot water heater. Long story short, they gave us an estimate of $9,000 to replace the hot water tank (75 gallon). I called Ocean Plumbing to get a second opinion. Mind you this is midday on a Friday. Ricardo thankfully was able to stop by at 3:30 p.m. He was able to trace the sediment to a decayed washer in the valve. He replaced the valve and flushed out the faucet lines to remove the sediment. Total cost was $212. The hot water tank lives for another day! Ricardo was very professional and I can tell he takes pride in his work. Plus it is always nice to support a local company. I strongly recommend Ocean Plumbing!
