The service I received from Dorian was superior! It started with a quick quote followed up by a phone call to be sure we were on the same page as to what I needed done. He pressure washed my back deck and areas surrounding and did an outstanding job! He was on time, honest and very professional. Dorian a fantastic job on my ceiling. He was a very professional man and made sure to follow up on the job done to my satisfaction. He went out of his way to help fix a toilet problem also. I would recommend him to anyone looking for work done.

Dorian just finished a basement remodel for us and we would definitely recommend him for his tremendous talents and excellent work. He was conscious of our vision and made excellent recommendations to improve upon our vision and ensure that the end product wouldn't be something that would become dated quickly.
He communicated with my partner and me very closely via text, email, and phone, which was helpful because we have two friendly dogs that we had to make sure didn't wander downstairs and interfere. It was also very nice seeing Dorian interacting with our dogs, they seemed to enjoy having him around because when he'd see them, they'd get a good ear scratch.
Our goal was to turn our rarely used basement into a media room and bar area that we could use to entertain friends and family and move our guest room to upstairs. We set up meetings with Dorian and he did a walk through with us to understand our end goal, communicating with us mainly via email and text along the way.
His price was competitive to the other bids we received. He was conscious of our budget, our ideas, and respectful of our time, ensuring he delivered the final product by our deadline.
At first we spent almost no time in our basement because it was not a place to relax and enjoy, but after Dorian remodeled, we now spend most of our time there because he transformed it into a cozy, welcoming, livable area, which our friends love as well. It is nice to finally utilize our entire house, rather than just entertain upstairs.
We have before and after pictures of what Dorian accomplished with our basement and I can say with confidence that you will love what he can do for your home as well.
