Spencer is a quiet, polite guy who listens to an explanation of a problem and explains what he can do to check it out. I had an intermittent problem with kitchen outlets. He checked the wiring and connections, then checked the GFCI plug on that circuit. Found that the 30 year old GFCI case was cracked and explained that these devices can start to have problems at 10 years. Replaced the GFCI and a light switch that was broken. He had the required parts on hand. Cleaned up the area after the work was done.
