- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and not have to add extra costs at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in having a strong process that we follow with all of our projects for our customers. We want to make sure that our clients are involved in everything we do from beginning to end. Please look at our process chart on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have essentially been in the construction business our entire adult life. We learned basic carpentry and framing while in School and never looked back. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to our customers. One certification that we are proud of is being labeled as a "TOP PRO" with thumbtack in 2020.
