Constantin did a nice job re-tiling our bathroom. I trusted his expertise and he had some valuable guidance regarding grout color etc. I look forward to re-booking for another job down the line.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it’s more work I’m totally OK with working on price with the customer and try to give him the best price and make some discount if it’s a lot of work so yeah, and we have the customer with the materials she can buy under my accounts and get some discount we help with picking up the materials and delivering

First of all I like to meet up and getting to know each other and trying to get to the point to understand what the customer exactly is trying to do,so I can helm him to get that,and give him my best skills and the best work toget the best possible result…
