Everything went great! We moved into a new house, and we wanted the door locks (deadbolts) to be rekeyed. I contacted 3 vendors and Armen was the first to respond, so I talked to him on the phone, and was able to set up an appointment the next morning (which was Saturday too). I appreciated that he was polite and asked if he could call me first. (Another vendor just called me with no warning - which is probably fine, but a lot of times I don’t answer calls from an unknown number.) He called about 30 minutes before to let me know he will in fact be there at the appointment time, and when we arrived at the house shortly before, he was already there. The initial appointment/quote was just for 3 locks, but we found out we had another door upstairs with the same lock; he pleasantly worked on that one as well, all very efficiently. On top of all the deadbolts, he also noted that one of the lock plate was misaligned and that made it difficult to lock the door (we had to kind of pull the door to lock it). He fixed that for us as a bonus, free of charge. He did everything very quickly in well under an hour, and his price was much lower than others who quoted me for rekeying 3 locks. Armen is very professional and nice to work with. I would contact him again, if we need something related to locks!
