I had a great experience! He came all the way from Bellevue to Seattle to service my car and was very communicative throughout the entire process. He replaced my starter and got my car back up and running, and even took the time to do a quick diagnostic check and test a few other things to make sure everything looked good. Super convenient, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable mobile mechanic!

I had a great experience working with Robin. As a woman this is super important because car stuff can always quickly become nerve wrecking. He showed up right on time, replaced my brakes efficiently, and took the time to walk me through everything he found during the inspection. I really appreciated that he never pressured me into additional repairs. Instead, he clearly explained what was high priority, what was normal maintenance based on the age and mileage of my vehicle, and what could safely wait. He even broke down the labor costs for each recommended repair so I could plan ahead, which I found incredibly helpful and transparent. It's not often you find someone who's both knowledgeable and willing to educate you instead of just handing you a bill. If you're looking for an honest, reliable mechanic who communicates well and respects your budget, I would absolutely recommend him. I'll definitely be reaching out to him again for future repairs!!
