clean and dust office surfaces. mop and sanitize restrooms and entrance ways. clean glass as needed clean all restroom surfaces with proper sanitizing and disinfectants. Empty trash receptacles and replace paper stocks in restrooms. vacuum carpets and spot clean them as needed. If tile floors are part of the service clean floor with proper neutral cleaners so not to damage wax.kick up scuffs and wax as needed.

If your provider is not willing to walk through with management or even provide a service check sheet then look elsewhere or ask them to provide such a service if not then move on. It you save you time and heart ache dealing with lack of quality services.
