Very helpful individual. We had a hiccup with the remote fans we purchased. After installation we had to return them and he worked with us to reinstall new ones. Excellent customer service!

Joseph did a great job installing new gutters on our attached shed as well as replacing a new prehung door (casing+door) leading from the garage into the house! Also Joseph is very good about maintaining quick and responsive communication, too, which is as important (if not MORE so!) as doing the job well and within the time/cost quoted. We've found that those we've hired here on Thumbtack do take pride in doing a good job AND prioritize communication with us. We are very pleased with Joseph and will hire him again for sure! Plus, he's a very positive and kind person which matters to us, as well.
