- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for both Individual and Business Taxes are quite transparent and is available on the website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The clients are requested to upload the past 3 years return for analysis. Once all the documents are uploaded, the CPA will start working on your tax return. Once it is internally reviewed and signed, the draft tax return is uploaded to the secured portal.
