Fees are based upon hourly rate. Projects are time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Designing your new home is a process of placing ideas into workable solutions. This process is divided into two phases. Phase one is the Design Development and Phase two is the Construction Document. Capture the Client’s Dream Home is placing information into a working set of construction documents to communicate and manage the construction of the Project is one major element of constructing a new home. These items are critical for determines the Architecture, Civil, Structure and Interior Design effects to your new home and the impact to the building site. Ask questions along the way. A point to remember is that all portion of the Project is time driven. One change can affect another change or cause another change to occur. When a quote is given it is based upon the design concepts of the project from which the design was discussed.
