- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin every client relationship with an introductory discovery session at a discounted rate of $50/hour. This session helps me better understand your goals, challenges, and priorities while also giving you the opportunity to see whether my coaching approach feels like the right fit for you. From there, our first full session is focused on getting to know you more deeply—your experiences, aspirations, strengths, roadblocks, and what truly matters to you professionally and personally. My coaching approach is highly personalized, intuitive, and grounded in real-world experience and emotional intelligence. Rather than relying heavily on rigid assessments or one-size-fits-all frameworks, I focus on meaningful conversation, thoughtful reflection, and practical strategy tailored specifically to your journey and goals. When helpful, I may incorporate tools or assessments to support your growth, but the process is always centered around you as an individual—not a template.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA in Human Resources and have over 17 years of experience as an HR executive, partnering with leaders and professionals across diverse organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people recognize their true potential and navigate meaningful career growth and transitions. To further strengthen my coaching practice, I earned a professional coaching certification through the Coach Training Alliance. I continue to coach leaders, executives, and professionals both within organizations and in my community, combining practical HR expertise with a personalized, empathetic coaching approach.
