- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-I offer discounts for new customers through Thumbtack. -My fees are $55 per hour. -I do offer discounts for ongoing customers for monthly service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 1 hour consultation for new customers, which can be over the phone or in person. During this time, I review your current set of books and transactions to come up with a or a quote for clean-up (if needed) and an ongoing monthly service. Furthermore, I can also perform work for you on hour by hour basis. You can decide what works best for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: -Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Accounting from University of Washington in Tacoma, WA - Associate of Arts - Accounting from Green River Community College in Auburn, WA. Experience:- -I have 13 years of experience working in Accounting in different industries: banking, retail, manufacturing and wholesale. My work as a freelancer has gained me experience with small business owners in the construction, flooring retail, trucking, real estate investment industries. Certification: -QuickBooks Online Certified
