The team at NBE is fantastic to interact with. I contacted them to investigate the source of a water leak and conduct repair work as needed.An interior ceiling needed to be repaired and I have an exterior staircase that leads to a roof top deck that needed to be investigated. The team at NBE did a wonderful job of constructing a temporary roof to protect my home from further complications during the rainy season in Seattle as they found the source of the leak, repaired it, and corrected my roof/rebuilt the staircase.There was a strong commitment to getting the work done correct in a timely fashion and NBE clearly stood behind the quality of work delivered. I asked for an extension in warranty within my contract to take me a full year out from repair to make sure through the next rainy season there was no chance of the issue coming up again and they graciously agreed to this. Furthermore when they investigated the finished work which I was content with their supervisor still found room for improvement and had corrections done at my convenience.Detailed updates were provided to me along with photos to document the issues and their progress.I am hoping to work with NBE again in the future when I am ready to take on some home remodel projects.

Back in January this year my home got impacted due to cold weather. I had water damage in my home that required rebuilding part of my home. I found it hard to find general contractors that were willing to help with the rebuild since it was an insurance job. After lot of looking around online and numerous phone calls I found NBE. Bogdan is one of the honest persons I have come across. After working with Bogdan and his team I feel glad that I picked NBE. NBE is very reasonably priced, punctual, honest and thorough. I will pick NBE again for any of my future projects in skip of a beat. Loved working with Bogdan and his team and wish them all the very best.

These guys replaced a sliding glass door with a normal swinging door. They had to patch up excess space, put in some insulation, put in new drywall and siding, and paint. They did an amazing job. I can't even tell there used to be a different door there. 10/10 great job!
