I'm Serhii, the owner. I'm a tile setter by trade and I lead every TrueSquare bathroom myself. I come out to measure, I'm there on day one, and you get progress photos from me every day. One point of contact from the first visit to the final walk-through.

How it works:
1. Free on-site visit. No obligation, no sales pitch.
2. A written, fixed price within 5 hours after the visit. Materials, labor and permit in one number. I don't guess at prices over the phone.
3. The price moves for two reasons only: an upgrade you choose, or hidden damage we photograph and quote before we touch it.
4. Most bathrooms are done in 1-3 weeks.
5. Final payment after we walk the finished bathroom together.
Real tile, not a liner. Plumbing and electrical work is done with permits.

Bellevue. Hall bathroom. All I can remember is that they put a porta potty in our driveway for about 4 days after the work was done. Had to call them twice on that account. Not a big deal but rather annoying. Bathroom looks nice.

They remodeled our master bath last summer in Redmond. The one who did the tiles – I think his name was Marco – took something like 2 hours in positioning the tiles before proceeding with the grouting work. They ensured that everything was centered with the window. We noticed that and felt that they were really doing their job. It took 5 weeks to complete the project, more than they estimated because there were some plumbing issues behind the walls which they even showed us pictures of.

I'm so happy to say that TrueSquare did an absolutely wonderful job on my small apartment bathroomremodel. I was a little worried about space, but they really came through with some super clever built-ins and a floating vanity that looks absolutely amazing. I'm so glad to say that communication was spot-on; they updated me every step of the way. It's both functional and stylish, I absolutely love it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every bathroom is different, so I don't quote over the phone. After a free on-site visit you get a written price within 5 hours: materials, labor and permit in one number, with sales tax on its own line. 50% deposit at signing, final payment after we walk the finished room together. If the number is over your budget, I show you what to change in the scope instead of cutting corners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send a few photos and a short description.
2. I come out, measure and photograph everything.
3. You get a written price within 5 hours after the visit.
4. We sign, you choose materials, we order.
5. Work starts. You get photos from me every day.
6. We walk the finished bathroom together, then the final payment.
