Marcus & Luigi HVAC LLB offers honest, competitive pricing with free estimates on new installations and system replacements. We believe in transparent quotes with no hidden fees, and we work with customers to find energy-efficient solutions that fit their budget. Seasonal promotions, manufacturer rebates, and discounts are available on qualifying systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation to understand the customer’s heating and cooling needs, budget, and comfort goals. We then perform an on-site evaluation, provide clear recommendations and a detailed estimate, and answer any questions before scheduling the work. Once approved, our team completes the installation or service professionally and efficiently, followed by system testing and a final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly trained and committed to ongoing education in the HVAC industry. We are Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin certified installers, and all technicians hold EPA 608 Universal Certification. We also have NATE-certified technicians on staff, demonstrating advanced industry knowledge and technical expertise. To stay current with the latest equipment, technology, and installation standards, all installers complete a minimum of 40 hours of classroom training annually on new HVAC models and systems.
