Chris and Esteban did a fantastic job relocating a door in our basement. They did a more than thorough job taping off the work area and always made sure to keep me updated and ask questions about my direction for decisions before proceeding. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future projects!

Chris and Esteban did a great job closing out a carport into a garage. This included pouring a small concrete stub wall, framing the new wall, installing a french patio door, installing sheathing/siding, and smoothly tying it in to existing walls/siding with trim. Would recommend!

I came to Chris with an atypical job and he helped me get to some beautiful results. I had a remodel gone wrong (by me) I was feeling like there was no clear path forward—after a couple minutes with Chris we had a clear plan and he made everything slick and easy. Our laundry room cabinets and countertops are lightyears better than they were before we hired Chris and he even gave us some extra help and advice with adjacent project pieces. Thanks for everything!!

They installed 2 exterior doors & they look fantastic! Fast, friendly, let us know exactly what was going on and answered all our questions. My 4 year old grandson was fascinated with the installer & kept moving closer and closernever taking his eyes off of him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price things at a fair price. I'm not trying to get rich and I don't need to be the cheapest since I get so many referrals and repeat customers because I'm reliable and do good work at a fair price. I guess I feel like I hit that sweet spot between quality work and a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I want to make sure the job is one I can do well. If I don't believe I can I won't take it. Then I like to meet with the customer, and formulate a plan for their specific situation. then provide a quote and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the residential remodel program at Seattle Central College's Wood Technology Center. Afterwords I apprenticed under skilled craftsman until I became a journeyman. 8 years in and I'm still learning new things all of the time.
