- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer either hourly or flat fee representation for family law matters, dependent upon the circumstances. We offer flat fee pricing and payment plans for criminal cases. We also offer flat fee estate planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from being licensed attorneys, our team stays on top of the latest legal updates and changes through continuing legal education in excess of what is required. We also sharpen our skills on a regular basis in trainings, seminars, and of course the courtroom. Our principal attorney is also a trained mediator.
