Hourly rate or flat fee -- I find the flat fee is preferred by the client because it creates certainty as to what the client will be paying with no surprises.

Initial contact via phone and then set up an free interview/consultation

Attorneys in Wa. state are required to take 45 hours of continuing education every three years.
