Introduction: I'm a native to the Pacific Northwest, and my love for the outdoors is what truly shines through in my work. I've always had a love for landscape photography and in 2008 I took the leap into portrait photography and never looked back! Combining the two is part of my signature look.
I love to work with likeminded people who value quality photography and are interested in having their photos taken in a beautiful setting! I have several locations that are easily accessible and provide the look and feel as though you've hiked 10 miles up a mountain! If you'd rather go on a short hike to get some amazing views, I am always down for that as well!
The best thing about going out on an adventure together is the opportunity to get to know one another on our journey to our ultimate destination. I love chatting with my clients and getting to know them on a more personal level so that I can help provide an even better experience for everyone involved!
I love to meet new people and capture their personalities the way I see them shining through when I look through my lens. Getting kiddos to give me their true smiles and couples to show me some raw emotion is one of my favorite things I love about the work I do!

We had so much fun during our shoot! Mary is professional but also a blast to work with. She incorporated our ideas into the shoot, and she encouraged us to have multiple locations to make sure we got a good variety of photos.

I have been using Mary Jo since summer of 2013 and have enjoyed seeing the precious moments she captures of my family. She has shot our Christmas photos, maternity, newborn and the annual birthday milestones of my children. She connects well with my children which makes the pictures that much more enjoyable and easy. She is also very personable and very easy to schedule with. We hope to have many more priceless sessions with her.

On the day of our shoot me and my fiancè were really nervous, we didn't really had a plan/idea on the poses we're going to do but Mary instructed us all the way. She's very friendly and pleasant to work with which really help with me and my fiancè relaxed more and be more playful.

Mary did an incredible job with our family photos and captured amazing photos of my VERY busy 2 year old son. She captured the immense love and joy I have for my family. I was 110% satisfied!!
