I hired Ivan for repairing two sections of fence which had rotted away and were falling over. He provided a free on-site estimate and we hired him and I'm glad we did! He did an excellent job with both sections, very sturdy, and delivered the finished product on time. I would be happy to hire him again in the future.

I had a house painting project that needed some care. Ivan was very responsive and timely in communicating from the beginning. I was nervous about which painters to hire, but he earned my trust. He was thorough when inspecting the property prior to the job so that he could provide a detailed explanation of the scope of work. He provided a fair bid, and he was very respectful of the occupants while he worked. He always confirmed our appointments, and he showed up to meetings on time. I inspected the work throughout the process, and found that he was thorough and cared about his quality of work. He completed the project within the timeframe he promised, and he cleaned up everything after the project, and he returned the surplus paint. I was very impressed with his communication and quality of work. I hope to hire Ivan again for future projects at the property. Thank you for everything, Ivan! The house looks great!
