- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is determined by the nature of the case, complexity and so forth. My hourly rate ranges between $300 - $350 per hour. I generally require a retainer of $3,000 to $5,000. I do not charge for my initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available to meet via telephone, internet or in person. During the initial consultation I am available to answer specific questions about the process and provide guidance for commencing an action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a family law attorney for the past 31 years. My practice emphasis in every aspect of domestic relations - divorce, termination of committed intimate relationships, custody, support, domestic violence, parentage. I have experience in high conflict, high asset dissolutions and contested custody matters.
