Our typical process starts with an initial contact where we gather basic project information. We then schedule an initial consultation to delve deeper into their goals and preferences. If applicable, we conduct a site visit to assess the project location. Next, we prepare a detailed project proposal, ensuring transparency in pricing. After reviewing and revising the proposal as needed, we proceed to contract signing, ensuring all terms are clear. Once the contract is in place, we meticulously plan the project, establish a timeline, and secure necessary permits. The work begins as scheduled, and we maintain open communication with the customer throughout, providing updates and addressing concerns. Regular quality checks and inspections ensure top-notch work, leading to a successful project completion within the agreed timeline.

Our contracting business is exceptionally well-equipped to handle a wide range of projects thanks to our team's extensive experience and expertise. Our owner, who previously worked as a structural engineer, brings invaluable insight into the structural integrity and safety of our projects. With years of hands-on experience in the field, our employees collectively possess a wealth of knowledge in construction techniques, project management, and adherence to industry regulations. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started in this type of work by initially focusing on building restaurants in Washington. Early in our career, we had the opportunity to work on several restaurant construction projects, which allowed us to develop specialized skills in creating functional and appealing spaces for dining establishments. As we successfully completed these projects, word spread about our expertise, and we started receiving requests for various other types of construction jobs. Clients were impressed with our attention to detail, timely deliveries, and commitment to quality. This led us to expand our services to the Portland area this year!
