Brief: If you want to know who is worth reaching out to for an estimate where it is worth your time and doesn’t leave you questioning what to expect, reach out to Alex with Hubenia. He HAS to be at least one of your considerations in your hunt for a contractor. Details: Reaching out with Alex was such a seamless and stress free experience. You are able to schedule a free estimate with him online without making a phone call. He arrived on time. He was a great listener when we explained what our major project entailed. Ceiling, walls, floors, door replacements, electric repair, and endlessly more. He asked questions and had exact and clear answers of what materials will be included in the estimate and what wouldn’t. He asked questions as needed and was just all around sharp, alert, and professional. Once he was done measuring the space and taking notes, he provided available start dates and exact maximum timelines for long it would take to finish. He did his estimate within 35 min. That same day, one contractor just kept talking for 1.5 hours and never even sent an estimate. Another contractor sent me his estimate as individual text messages. Alex promised a detailed estimate by the that evening and he delivered. We didn’t end up working with him, but the reasons have nothing to do with his offer or the potential quality of work. I am actually keeping his number for different projects in the future. I definitely recommend him.

Here’s a review you can use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had Alex and his team come out to reinstall my shower glass panel where the silicon sealant was coming off, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What really stood out was that his team came out and completed the entire job on the same day. No waiting around or multiple visits — they got it done quickly and cleanly. The shower glass panel looks perfect now, with the sealant applied neatly and securely. Alex was great to work with — responsive, reliable, and his team clearly takes pride in their work. If you need any glass or sealant work done, I highly recommend Alex and his team. Hubenia Construction did an excellent job replacing our door. The whole process was smooth from start to finish great communication, professional workmanship, and attention to detail. The installation came out clean and solid, and everything was completed on time. They were respectful, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them for door replacement and general construction work.
