One of the easiest service experiences I've had recently. Customer service was responsive, professional, and clearly explained what to expect. I was able the schedule the service much earlier than expected. Gutter cleaning was efficient and not a trace of leaves or pine needles. They also did a nice job cleaning up after the clean out.

We had a section of our gutters come loose on a stormy day. They were old and we were already thinking about having them replaced. We had Gu-Wi come out for an estimate and the guy who showed up was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He made two quotes - one for the repair and one for a full replacement - and both were competitive with other places. Scheduling ended up being a bit of a headache with some miscommunication, but we still got the job on the books faster than anyone else I spoke with. When their guys came out to do the work, they were super nice, kept me informed about what I needed to know, and did an amazing job. Would hire them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers always receive a free quote that can be done onsite at your home or business by one of our field estimators or remotely. Once we have determined an estimate, we will send it to you via email for you to look over. Once you approve that quote, we then schedule a time for one of our skilled technicians to complete the job. We keep you updated throughout the whole process and answer any questions or concerns you have along the way. We will not bill you until you are completely satisfied with the job, so there is no risk on your part!
