FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to go with the customer’s budget as long as it’s reasonable comparing with the amount of work needed and most importantly, we keep a specific standard in mind and make sure we work up to it, so less prices are 90% means there has to be compromising when it comes to the material’s quality and labor quality which we have a principle that higher quality is the foundation of work. Also I wish everyone knows that high quality is cheaper even if it’s not cheaper the day you do it, but it’s less maintenance and less replacements and less repairs which adds up to be more expensive than doing it right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet, talk about their vision and their budget to make sure we work within that in the best way possible. Once approved we sign an agreement to keep both parties happy, we start the work process within their timeframe. We follow Washington state law, codes and regulations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do L&I trainings and safety training regularly, I also gained a decent amount of experience throughout the years.
