While I didn’t end up working with Scott, I would absolutely recommend him on the basis of his energy and professionalism. My wife and I were unsure about refinish vs replace for our hardwood floors and he made us very confident in the decision to refinish.

I was so anxious about removing our carpet and replacing It with hardwood. We were moving into a new place and couldnt really start settling in until the floors were done. Timing and quality were everything! Scott exceeding every expectation at every turn. What he promised as a two day job turned into one. When an issue came up with supply, Scott immediately dealt with it so that the project wasnt even delayed. Im so grateful to him and this company. Well be using them anytime we need our floors updated in the future.

When I tell you that Scott went above and beyond, please know that is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This man was the most accommodating, responsive, patient and understanding person Ive ever worked with for any kind of home remodeling work ever. My husband and I bought a flipped home last year only to discover after about 6 months that the flippers failed to install a vapor barrier underneath the bathroom flooring so we were pretty surprised when mold started growing out from between the floorboards. I reached out to several companies but Scott was the one my gut said would be the one. He was so friendly and genuine when he came to do the initial assessment/quote and he wasnt pushy when I told him I needed time to get other bids. He just periodically reached out to check in on my progress, never pressing me for an answer. When I made my decision, I asked him if we could do something special whereby instead of us being here for the floorreplacement, we could take our dogs and get away and leave him with a key code and our trust and without hesitation he said not only was that not a problem but if we had any other needs he was happy to figure something out. He was here to let the worker in and locked everything up tight when they were done. Everything done in a day, absolutely zero mess and the floors look AMAZING. They even replaced the baseboards and quarter rounds and sealed everything up. He and the worker HUSTLED and we have the gorgeous new floors to prove it. It was almost like we went away for a couple days and the Flooring Fairy came while we were gone and gave us the gift of lovely new floors! Cannot recommend Scott and his team (shoutout Lizz) enough.

We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing thousands of samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous construction industry experience, tons of client service experience and opportunities to solve problems - we do on going training with flooring suppliers to understand the latest floor technology, products and installation practices.
