After months of trying to get other companies and contractors to do foundation repairs around my dining room, a neighbor recommended Seattle Foundation Repair. They not only responded to my email, but sent someone out within a week to evaluate the project. Within a few days I received an estimate and a timeline for availability.
The crew that came to perform the work, called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. The crew leader, Eugene, discussed exactly what would be done and if there were questions or issues, he talked them over with me. Throughout the work, I was kept informed and consulted as the project progressed. The crew was respectful, polite, and sensitive to wearing masks and social distancing from me.
Most impressive to me was the fact that crew came when they said they would, worked hard, did an excellent job, kept me informed, and cleaned up the area each day after work was completed. Also, they took pictures to show me the areas under the house that they had repaired, and carefully answered any questions I had.
Because of flooding and rodent damage to my home, I've had a number of work crews at my home over the past 9 months. Eugene and his crew were the best of all! Very professional, very skilled, very considerate. I can wholeheartedly recommend Seattle Foundation Repair!

Shamil was transparent about what needed to be fixed, and offered us options at different price points to choose from. Eugene & team did an outstanding job repairing our sunken patio!
