FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to our pricing, we want our customers to know that we strive to provide the best value for their investment. In addition to our competitive rates, we offer special discounts to military members, police personnel, and fire department employees as a token of our gratitude for their service. These discounts are our way of saying thank you and acknowledging the tremendous contributions these individuals make to our community. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality products and services, which is why we have implemented these discounts. We want to make our offerings more accessible to those who serve and protect us every day. By extending these discounts, we hope to make a positive impact and build lasting relationships with the brave men and women who serve our nation. Furthermore, we believe in transparency and do our best to ensure that there are no hidden fees or surprises when it comes to our pricing. We strive to provide clear and upfront information about our rates, so our customers can make informed decisions. We value open communication and are always available to address any questions or concerns regarding our pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is thorough and transparent: Inspection: We start by meticulously inspecting the area to be insulated to understand its unique requirements. Measurement: Precise measurements are taken to ensure accuracy in our services. Venting Check: We assess the existing venting system and, if necessary, look for potential rodent entry points to ensure the space is sealed and secure. Ducting Evaluation: A close inspection of kitchen and bathroom ducting is carried out to prevent any future issues. Insulation Discussion: We discuss the desired R-value for insulation with the homeowner, ensuring you're informed about its performance and benefits. Estimation: Based on our findings, a detailed estimate is created and emailed to the homeowner for review. Our goal is to make sure our customers are well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
