Hi! My name is Lisa VanderHoek and I love all things that have to do with home interiors. I have been working in the home interiors industry since 2017, after I left my corporate career to pursue my passion. I started with an online home decor shop, but have now moved into interior design and styling and home renovation. My goal is to help clients create a beautiful, functional, and cozy home.

I was trying to turn my bedroom into a beautiful space to which I could retreat and find calmness and relaxation, but I didn’t know how to start. Lisa was wonderful, she seemed to understand my somewhat unfocused taste and likes/dislikes and was able to translate them into a cohesive room plan. She had great suggestions for paint color, room decor and furniture arrangement. She helped me be decisive when picking dressers and bed style and gave great advice on color choices. And all of this was accomplished remotely , through photos and zoom- which I greatly appreciate during this time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 hr on-site consultations are $100.00 For travel outside of 15 miles, I charge a $50.00 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out with a phone call to learn about the project. From there we typically schedule an on-site consultation where I get more details/photos/questions answered on the project. After that, we make a plan for how I will assist with the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed an Interior Design course and have experience working with realtors in home staging. I have been styling and furnishing homes for 3 years now.
