I had an incredible experience with HM Junk Removal and cannot recommend them enough! I had quite a bit of stuff that had accumulated for the dump, unfortunately, I am physically disabled and not able to take things to the dump myself. Their professionalism, punctuality, the work ethic, and the value for money they provided exceeded all my expectations. If I could have rated them in all five areas, I would have, but Thumbtack only allows for three. I had a 10 AM appointment on Wednesday, and they were right on time. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when they were en route and even when they were five minutes away, so I could prepare for their arrival. Once they got started, they worked tirelessly and had everything loaded up within 45–50 minutes. It was truly impressive! All while being truly respectful of my property. The two gentlemen who handled the job never once complained and stayed focused on the task at hand until it was done. I didn’t have to lift a finger. All I did was just pointed out what needed to go, and they took care of the rest. Even when I added a few extra items, they were more than accommodating and didn’t hesitate to help. Payment was seamless, and before they left, the owner handed me his business card and assured me they’d be ready to help with future needs. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I’m ready. I had a fantastic experience with this yard waste removal service! I had several piles of leaves, twigs, and small branches ready to go, and they were incredibly responsive—came out the same day within just a few hours. Their pricing was very competitive, and the entire process was quick and seamless. I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend to anyone in need of yard waste or junk removal.

Emmanuel was the only contractor to take on the job to disassembled and haul away my rotten, water logged playground, and I am so grateful that he accepted the job when so many contractors before him declined the job with no explanation. On the day of the job, Emmanuel was punctual, and professional. He also left the area completely cleaned of any debris from the playground. I will 100% hire Emmanuel again for any haul service in the future.
