Overall the team did a great job on first diagnosing my system then fixing up and minor repairs on my system without up charge. But they said that they would replace the water spigot and included that in the quote and never did it. After following up twice I heard nothing, and now will need to get another pro to do that job.

Ed and his team installed sprinkler system and landscape lighting in our backyard. They did a good job with the installation of the sprinkler system 5/5 on that and when we had an issue with lawn coverage they fixed it. With the landscape lighting the installers didn't seem that familiar with instlallation, we had to step in many times to breakdown instructions for his team when he was not present.Main reason for low rating is that post install customer support is non existent. I was supposed to get a complimentary winterization for the year. Even after reaching out multiple times on different channels, there is no response. They promised a 2 year warranty, but I doubt I will get any support as they don't respond.
