- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $300 per hour and I offer flexible payment plans, so my clients don't have to pay all the money upfront. They can use a credit card and pay money over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to spend time with them, have coffee with them, really make sure I listen and understand their concerns and needs before I make recommendations on how to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To keep my law license, I have to make sure I take continuing legal education credits (known as CLE's) so I am always up to date on the newest law, cases, and trends in the industry.
