Unfortunately even though I sent pictures of the job along with the lock I wanted installed they sent a person that was not of a skill set to install that lock. After 3 hours of trying to install 1 lock they called in a manager from Federal Way. Another hour spent with nothing happening other than "must be something wrong with the lock". The manager left without saying a word, The technician said he would come back the next day but in my reply to the manager to please send a more qualified technician as there were many issues I found during installation. not following the directions, installing the old lock hardware with the new lock etc etc. no fault of the technician. I felt bad for him. I feel the fault is in management sending an ill-prepared technician. Manager never bothered to reply to my inquiry. I had to hire a different Locksmith Company to fix and repair the work spent four hours by this company. Very poor communication, no reply to inquiry and just waking of at 530pm with out saying anything, leaving the technician to have to apologize and try to reschedule another time.
