I have been playing the piano for 12 years and started teaching piano two years ago. As an International young artist finalist, I have accompanied 4 choirs through out the years and am accompanying 3 choirs now. My goal is to make the lesson fun and creative and get my students be interested in music.

I only had one lesson with Iris. Iris was professional and pleasant. I needed an accompanist for an audition, and she asked for the music ahead of time, which helped our rehearsal run efficiently. I would have liked for her to be able to travel to Seattle (instead of me driving to Shoreline), and I think she feels most comfortable teaching classical music to children. She was quite soft-spoken and timid to me. In the future, I would prefer to work with someone in the Seattle area, and someone who is more familiar playing jazz and musical theatre charts.

Iris is professional and responsible. She always plans ahead and think before me. I hired her as my choir accompanist and she is really helpful. She always watches my gesture and know exactly what I want her to do. She is out going and works well along with my choir members. Iris is AMAZING!! I will definitely continue working with her and recommend her to my friends.
