- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free initial consultation session to all my clients. That's 60 minutes where we can find out if we're a good fit, and you can pick my brain for all it's worth, no strings attached. Call or email now to schedule your initial consultation! Coaching is a process that takes time, so for weekly coaching sessions I bill per month. My standard rate is $500/month regardless of how many weeks are in the month. Any special offer I make is valid for the duration of our coaching relationship. (i.e. if I offer you a 20% discount, that's for how ever long you want my services.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In your initial consultation, you'll bring me up to speed on how you got to where you are today, and what challenges you're facing that you'd like help on. I'll address specifically how I see myself able to help. Typically clients gain a lot of clarity and energy from this first session. At the second session, we'll set concrete goals and start working towards them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly meet with small-business entrepreneurs to discuss how they got where they are and what challenges they faced along the way. I like to think this provides my clients with the wisdom of a hundred entrepreneurs.
