Jo-An responded to our query in under an hour. Within another hour she arrived at our home to perform the notarization. Knowledgeable and professional, you couldn't ask for better! Very reasonable, as well. I will be keeping her card for future needs!

Jo-An was super quick to respond and I was able to get a notary the same day. She was extremely communicative; detailing how far she is, her ETA, and letting me know that she’s finding parking. She’s super nice and explained the different types in detail. The whole process was quick and easy. If I need a notary in the future, I will go to Jo-An!
