- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different pricing depending on the service chosen. My prices are posted here on Thumbtack, or can be found on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to have an initial free consultation (30-60 minutes) with each customer to learn about their needs and determine if we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a small business degree and a strong background in technical writing via the HR area. I have written policies, job training guides and SOP's for HRIS software programs such as Dayforce. I have successfully supported in RFP's and grant writing to where the RFP's were granted and grant funds had been awarded.
