- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently my pricing is standard and low cost, I am a mobile notary and do not work out of an office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the NNA.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. What type of notarization do you need? Legally I am not able to advise you. 2. Do you have all of the documents you need (proper identification)? We must verify your ID with a government issued ID to provide a notarial act. 3. Are all signers able to be present? We can not notarize any documents for a signer that is not present unless you have a power of attorney to do so.
