- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $15.00 for each instance a signature is notarized (as provided under Washington State law). Additionally, we charge a minimum of $50.00 for notary travel during regular business hours (9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). There may be additional charges if work is accepted outside regular business hours, for longer distances traveled, and for extra costs (e.g., parking, toll roads, etc.). We accept cash, checks, and Venmo and Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please have valid, unexpired Identification with you and witnesses, if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a commissioned notary in Washington state since 2020. I'm a NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, background checked, E&O insured ($100,000) and bonded. My commission # is 20111197.
