- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10 per signature and travel. You can plug in your particulars and automated system will tell you price for service. If I perform a signing outside of business hours, additional fees will be assessed. If signing takes more than 45 minutes to perform, a $1/min charge will be added.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several Notary Trainings, including Notary Essentials, and have been certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association to notarize Real Estate Title Documents.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers seeking refinance on their homes or investment properties, HELOC, Sellers, Reverse Mortgage, Community Property, Power of Attorney, school applications, Vehicle Title Transfer, etc.
