- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees depends on a few things. Typically its $40 out the door, plus $15 each for first two notarial acts then $10 per notarial act after that.. Witnesses are $30 each(available upon request). Each appointment is given a 30 minute time block($5 per additional 15 minutes)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you how many documents you need notarized as well as a general description of the contents. I will ask for an address to meet and give you an estimated fee(subject to change). Anyone who's signature is needing to be notarized will need an unexpired photo id. You will sign my journal and then I will perform the notarial act, administering an oath/affirmation if required. I will provide a written itemized receipt for your records.
