FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two pricing options: Flat fee based on project scope. Hourly rate for any project that is not clearly defined at the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally follow this approach: Discovery Phase: We learn as much as we can about a client, the obstacles they are facing, and the results we need to achieve. This allows us to create the road map for their project. Content Phase: We develop the optimum content and information architecture, site map, as well as any required content not provided by the client, such as text, images, graphics and infographics, videos, etc. Design Phase: We design the overall layout and look of a website or printed piece. This includes the overall design, page layout, menu and navigation, header and footer items, and any other visual component of a project. Staging Phase: We develop a new site on our staging server, giving the client the ability to test and view their new website on a variety of mobile and desktop devices. During this phase we also test for cross-browser functionality, as well as any other required functionality requested by the client. Launch Phase: We move the new site to the final hosting server and make it live. Once it is live we offer full training for the client, and we support the site for the first 30 days to make any final tweaks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Internet marketing, web development, mobile app development, search engine optimization, social media strategies and platforms, and related fields are evolving at an ever increasing pace. In order to provide our clients with the expertise they need to stay competitive every member of our team is required to stay up to date with the latest developments in their area of expertise. This includes attending seminars and workshops, individual research and personal development, e-learning and webinars, one-on-one professional training, continuing education up to post-graduate level, and even regular team brainstorming sessions. Of course, some areas evolve faster than others. Our content strategists may spend 8-10 hours a month on training while our social media and web development teams can rack up that many hours in a week.
