- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have "standard" pricing, because client's needs can vary dramatically. I do custom work. A corporate client hiring me to promote their business has needs and a budget very different from a private individual who wants me to make their portrait. Both clients are equally important to me but my fees need to respect their needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a good listener and a good problem solver. I always try to gain a deep understanding of my clients' needs and expectations and then find creative, cost effective ways of meeting those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in digital media as well as an undergrad degree in communications. I actively pursue continuing education to keep abreast of changes in my field and technological innovations.
