I have known Dan Lamont for many years and worked with him on a variety of projects. He has a great deal of experience and is a real asset to me as I plan media projects. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have "standard" pricing, because client's needs can vary dramatically. I do custom work. A corporate client hiring me to promote their business has needs and a budget very different from a private individual who wants me to make their portrait. Both clients are equally important to me but my fees need to respect their needs and budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a good listener and a good problem solver. I always try to gain a deep understanding of my clients' needs and expectations and then find creative, cost effective ways of meeting those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in digital media as well as an undergrad degree in communications. I actively pursue continuing education to keep abreast of changes in my field and technological innovations.
