I am a passionate photographer, a visual journalist, a creative director and an artist. I'm new to Seattle and look forward to connecting with this community. I would have never imagine my life leading me to becoming a photographer but it has truly become one of the greatest gifts of my life. The way a single image can not only tell a whole story but withhold an emotional memory in a single moment. This is my hope to not only produce the most excellent work but create a beautiful memory and atmosphere you will remember when you look at your images. My journey as a photographer started when I was in college and stumbled into a seeding fishing town in Texas and was so captivated by the characters I met that day. I returned with a local filmmaker to document their stories not knowing where it would lead. I would have never imagined it turing into documenting these men for three years and producing my first documentary. This experience showed me the gift of being able to tell others stories through the perspective of my lens. Since this experience I have worked with several non-profits and social justice issues with visual story telling. However, I love the diversity and constantly challenging myself with new things so my portfolio covers a variety of specialisms and genres from lifestyle, weddings, events and portraiture to commercial and product shoots, location and assignment work. I specialize in both natural lighting as well as studio. My goal is to perfectly reflect the client's needs on a visual, creative and personal level. For me, success is capturing the uniqueness of the subject in a way that exceeds expectations.
